TL;DR

Regional Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Acquiring new enterprise logos and upselling existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities with an accent on pipeline management, value proposition articulation, and strategic negotiation. Focus on meeting monthly sales quotas, understanding client buying needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure account growth and retention.

What you will do

  • Acquire new Enterprise-sized accounts and upsell existing customers within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through various prospecting methods and lead follow-ups.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s product suite and educate customers on improving their human firewall.
  • Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, and potential roadblocks to shorten sales cycles.
  • Strategically offer subscription levels, multi-year deals, and negotiate pricing to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Collaborate with Channel sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists for account growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education equivalent.
