What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible licensing models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping hirify.global's solutions to customer business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and account transition.
- Document customer contact and activity data accurately within CRM/Marketing software.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
- Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Holds expert-level experience in resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Possesses deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Demonstrates expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
- Has a complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Possesses full functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and hirify.global's products.
