What you will do

  • Drive growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, identifying opportunities and building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, mapping hirify.global's solutions to customer requirements.
  • Manage the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close process, resolving risks and engaging stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams post-initial close to ensure product adoption, expansion, and successful renewals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and product adoption documentation within CRM.
  • Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise security software sales.
  • Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and effectively consult with internal and external customers.
  • Full understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
