Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts (Cybersecurity): Driving incremental revenue within existing customers by expanding product usage and managing renewals for enterprise security software solutions with an accent on cross-sell, up-sell, and building relationships with key decision makers. Focus on developing comprehensive account business plans, forecasting, and negotiating complex renewals.
Location: Remote, must be based in UAE

What you will do
- Drive growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, identifying opportunities and building relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, mapping 's solutions to customer requirements.
- Manage the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close process, resolving risks and engaging stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams post-initial close to ensure product adoption, expansion, and successful renewals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and product adoption documentation within CRM.
- Promote 's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise security software sales.
- Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to establish trust and effectively consult with internal and external customers.
- Full understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
