Account Executive 2 (Sales): Closing new business opportunities across the MENA Mid-Market and Enterprise marketplaces with an accent on developing go-to-market strategies and managing the sales pipeline. Focus on consistent consultative sales methodology, deal orchestration, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Requires 3 days minimum in office. Must be able to commute to on-site meetings, networking events, and conferences.

What you will do
- Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for assigned territory and accounts.
- Generate pipeline in partnership with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel teams.
- Manage and mature a rolling pipeline of opportunities, maintaining deal notes and account plans.
- Lead coordination of various internal teams (Solution Engineering, Professional Services, etc.) in deals.
- Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by leading and executing deals.
- Become an expert in the hirify.global portfolio and articulate its value to customers.
Requirements
- Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role.
- 2+ years of direct sales experience with demonstrable experience in managing multiple deals.
- Demonstrated executive level selling.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, and/or Tagalog are a plus).
- Experience in SaaS/tech industry and using Salesforce preferred.
