What you will do
- Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of products and services to businesses with 25-500 employees.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers and articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's full product suite.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer interactions in compliance with policies.
- Support the renewal process and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to increase product adoption.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales.
- 3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprises.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
