TL;DR

Account Manager (SMB): Managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them, with an accent on promoting additional products and services. Focus on building pipelines for cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities, achieving monthly sales quotas, and supporting customer retention and product adoption.

Location: Must be based in the New York area, USA (Hybrid)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of products and services to businesses with 25-500 employees.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers and articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's full product suite.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer interactions in compliance with policies.
  • Support the renewal process and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to increase product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • 3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprises.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
