What you will do
- Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to close growth opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and founders to influence roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Help define and refine ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and account playbooks.
- Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines in Salesforce.
- Lay the foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS or startups.
- Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving processes.
- A curious, coachable mindset with a bias toward action.
- Excitement about building from 0 to 1 alongside founders.
