What you will do

  • Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to close growth opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and founders to influence roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Help define and refine ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and account playbooks.
  • Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines in Salesforce.
  • Lay the foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS or startups.
  • Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving processes.
  • A curious, coachable mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Excitement about building from 0 to 1 alongside founders.
