What you will do
- Sell hirify.global security solutions within a defined territory to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota.
- Work enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to supply pipeline for sales targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Continually document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems like Salesforce.
- Act as a customer advocate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure appropriate prioritization for revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct enterprise account hunting experience (3k+ employee count), including prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
- Proven skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales, with an average deal size of $100k+.
- Technical competence, conversant in key areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
- Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
- Demonstrated success at an early-stage startup company, navigating limited resources and large competitors.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
