TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (AI): Develops relationships with key partners to ensure effective resale of hirify.global products and professional services, providing resources for seamless implementation and go-live. Focus on driving partner success, mutual growth, and generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue by developing go-to-market strategies with AI, ISV, and Cloud partners.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand the network and meet strategic goals.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to partners for product promotion and sales.
  • Monitor partner performance, set goals, and improve sales and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on joint business plans.
  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through go-to-market strategies with partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, partnership development, account management, and/or sales within IT, technology, or software environments.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and driving partner-led customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, execute, and scale partner strategies.
  • Passion for building and managing partner ecosystems, with experience engaging major AI, ISV, and Cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, OpenAI, Snowflake).
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, and hirify.global.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
