TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB): Managing customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities for cybersecurity products and services with an accent on identifying and closing new customers and reactivating lapsed accounts. Focus on building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting, and articulating value propositions to achieve monthly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the New York area.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s cybersecurity products and services to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Identify and close net new customers and reactivate lapsed accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects.
  • Forecast new business prospects and identify key decision makers through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s products to help customers improve their business’s security awareness training.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Stats driven business professional with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • English: B2 required
  • Work format: Hybrid, must be based in the New York area.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise.
  • Network+ or Security+ certification.
