What you will do
- Support and develop a team of Sales Engineers focused on Next Generation Identity Security.
- Own the technical relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to various audiences, including C-level executives.
- Provide training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology and competitive messaging.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to gain market share and ensure project success.
- Contribute to defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Next Gen Identity Security, exploring new use cases and partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security space.
- 2+ years of direct management or leadership experience of a technical team (remote management highly desirable).
- Expert knowledge of identity components in the attack kill chain and identity-based attacker tactics.
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (Salesforce, 365) and security concepts (network security, endpoint security, threat detection).
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to proof-of-concept delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical workstreams and leverage team resources effectively.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with administration of hirify.global Falcon Endpoint Protection.
- Solid understanding of MFA technologies, with hands-on experience (Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft, Google MFA).
- Experience with MEDDPICC or other Sales qualification frameworks.
- Additional language fluency.
