TL;DR

Manager, Sales Engineering (Cybersecurity): Leading and mentoring a pre-sales engineering team for Next Generation Identity Security, supporting sales with technical relationships and product demonstrations. Focus on defining go-to-market strategies, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and expanding identity security solutions globally.

Location: Candidate must reside in the United Kingdom. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, both domestically and internationally. Expected to support both Europe and META Regions.

What you will do

  • Support and develop a team of Sales Engineers focused on Next Generation Identity Security.
  • Own the technical relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to various audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Provide training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology and competitive messaging.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to gain market share and ensure project success.
  • Contribute to defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Next Gen Identity Security, exploring new use cases and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security space.
  • 2+ years of direct management or leadership experience of a technical team (remote management highly desirable).
  • Expert knowledge of identity components in the attack kill chain and identity-based attacker tactics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (Salesforce, 365) and security concepts (network security, endpoint security, threat detection).
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to proof-of-concept delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical workstreams and leverage team resources effectively.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with administration of hirify.global Falcon Endpoint Protection.
  • Solid understanding of MFA technologies, with hands-on experience (Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft, Google MFA).
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or other Sales qualification frameworks.
  • Additional language fluency.
