TL;DR

Account Executive - Mid Market (SaaS): Partnering with mid-sized businesses to enhance their employee experience with thoughtful, human-centered solutions with an accent on value-based conversations, proactive prospecting, and building trust. Focus on managing and closing mid-sized opportunities from negotiation through final agreement and collaborating across teams for a seamless customer experience.

Location: Hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from our Boston, MA headquarters. This role is also based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $106,250 – $131,250 Base Salary

What you will do

  • Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers to understand their needs around ITSM, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, virtual selling, and meaningful discovery.
  • Work closely with buying teams, creating trust and clarity throughout the decision-making process.
  • Manage and close mid-sized opportunities with confidence, from negotiation through final agreement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and drive value.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms; bonus if experienced with employee experience (EX) solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Consultative, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to sales.
