Location: On-site in San Jose, California

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account-centric GTM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM tiers.
  • Partner with AEs and SDRs to design multi-step, multi-channel engagement plays.
  • Build integrated campaigns leveraging paid social, email, direct mail, events, content, and 6sense intent.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR leadership to align on targets, messaging, and follow-up tactics.
  • Track account engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics using HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and 6sense.
  • Analyze performance and continuously refine targeting, sequencing, and content based on behavioral and intent data.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong emphasis on account based marketing, enterprise campaigns, or sales-aligned GTM motions.
  • Proven track record building orchestrated ABM programs that generate and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of buying groups, sales cycles, and how to influence accounts at different stages.
  • Proficiency with ABM tools such as 6sense, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical, project management, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
