TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (AI, B2B): Building and orchestrating regional field marketing plans for North America, driving opportunity creation and deal momentum with an accent on events, ABM, and AI-driven relationship marketing. Focus on defining ICPs, tailoring plays for account progression, and leveraging data for continuous improvement in a product-focused environment.

Location: Remote - US. Preference for Eastern or Central time zones to support 9:00–5:00 ET collaboration. hirify.global does not sponsor work visas or relocation.

Salary: USD $120,000 – $150,000 annual base.

What you will do

  • Build and execute the NA field marketing plan to support enterprise modernization and hirify.global Cloud adoption.
  • Partner with Sales on tiered ABM strategies, tailoring content and outreach based on intent and product signals.
  • Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, meetups, and virtual events, ensuring effective pre and post-event follow-up.
  • Orchestrate buyer journeys with AI assistance for predictive account selection, content personalization, and automated follow-up.
  • Identify customer champions to develop case studies and use cases, packaging proof for field use.
  • Localize global plays and create region-specific programs for various hirify.global products and verticals.

Requirements

  • Owned field/regional marketing in North America, converting plans into pipeline through events, ABM, and campaigns.
  • Proficient in ABM strategies, including account tiering, buying committee mapping, and program tailoring.
  • Data-driven approach with accountability for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Marketo (or HubSpot), ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense/Demandbase), webinar and data tools.
  • Ability to distinguish and communicate effectively with decision makers and practitioners.
  • Highly organized, transparent, and adept at planning and process building with tools like spreadsheets, Monday.com/Asana, or Notion.

Nice to have

  • Experience with database, cloud, or developer audiences, OSS/community programs, and hyperscaler/SI/ISV motions.
  • Public sector experience (U.S. Federal and SLED, plus Canadian public sector).
