What you will do
- Own and execute the North America regional marketing strategy in close coordination with global marketing teams.
- Build and execute regional marketing programs, including campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Design and execute ABM-led ICP engagement campaigns in partnership with Account Executives and BDR teams.
- Plan and deliver partner marketing initiatives and regional customer/prospect events across North America.
- Generate marketing-sourced pipeline through field programs and scalable regional campaigns.
- Develop and manage the AMER marketing budget and optimize campaign performance using analytics data.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional or field marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience driving growth and brand awareness for fast-growing B2B enterprise software companies.
- Strong hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives end to end.
- Highly data-driven marketer with experience in account-based marketing and performance reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in KYC, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, biometrics, or adjacent technology markets.
- Established network across North American industry associations, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
