What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts for EHSQ software.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory.
- Create demand and identify opportunities to market and sell hirify.global's product suite.
- Manage RFI, RFP, and Proposal processes with internal and external teams.
- Provide sales pipeline visibility and forecasted revenue to the Director, Sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, client services, development, legal, and finance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise solution sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing SaaS, software, and consulting services agreements.
- Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques, pipeline management, CRM, and forecasting principles.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and WebEx.
