What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts for EHSQ software.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory.
  • Create demand and identify opportunities to market and sell hirify.global's product suite.
  • Manage RFI, RFP, and Proposal processes with internal and external teams.
  • Provide sales pipeline visibility and forecasted revenue to the Director, Sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, client services, development, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise solution sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing SaaS, software, and consulting services agreements.
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques, pipeline management, CRM, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and WebEx.
