Salary: $89,000 - $111,000 CAD

What you will do

• Deliver on key revenue and strategic technology objectives as the primary business owner for manager and director-level contacts.
• Lead retailer projects end-to-end, including planning, sell-in, execution, communication, and reporting, with both internal and external teams.
• Act as a strategic consultant, strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones with existing partners to drive joint value.
• Create credible and influential business cases, presentations, and communications to help hirify.global and retailers win in a dynamic retail ecosystem.
• Work alongside Partner Insights & Analytics (PIA) to provide custom insights and actionable data for compelling stories.
• Identify and diagnose problems across multiple functions and rally resources to build solutions, communicating effectively with retailers.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of sales experience, with a strong fit for those in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strength working in a team-first environment, including cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Ability to work with complex data to drive insights and action.
• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to lead and influence thinking internally and externally.
