TL;DR
Regional Sales Manager (Security): Promotes and sells Axis products and solutions within Central Canada, focusing on building strong customer relationships and exceeding sales targets. Location: Remote within Central Canada, but you must be located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Salary: $135K-$155K CAD (includes 70% base / 30% commission OTE, corporate bonus, and car allowance)

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.
- Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Must be located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in technology, security, or a related industry background.
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks.
- Axis Certified Professional.
