What you will do
- Manage brands on the BrandsPlace (hirify.global Marketplace) on a daily basis and ensure offer animation.
- Contribute to category growth through business development by prospecting and identifying new sellers.
- Create and maintain trusting relationships with brands, acting as their daily contact.
- Analyze brand performance, report KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Improve brand presence and performance on the marketplace through planning and offer animation.
- Implement initiatives to develop and optimize Marketplace team activities and business.
Requirements
- Higher education in business or marketing.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in e-commerce/multi-brand/marketplace sector.
- Customer service attitude and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of negotiation.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
