• Lead high-quality discovery conversations to understand business goals and contract workflows.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations of the hirify.global platform.
• Run hands-on evaluations and proof-of-concepts to validate solution fit.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and manage active evaluations.
• Articulate hirify.global’s differentiated value and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales technical experience.
• Experience supporting mid-market customers in a high-velocity sales environment.
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent opportunities.
• SaaS experience and familiarity with workflow-based platforms or enterprise software preferred.
• Comfortable with technical configuration and eager to expand skills in JSON, HTML, and ideally JavaScript or similar languages.
