What you will do

• Set the vision for Marketing Excellence and lead teams in operationalizing the enterprise marketing model.
• Provide executive counsel, shaping marketing strategy and aligning across business, brand, and communications teams.
• Lead the enterprise shift towards AI-first marketing, championing AI-enabled workflows, education, and adoption.
• Define the global vision for UX and SEO, guiding teams to elevate digital maturity and performance.
• Oversee enterprise digital experience, global web strategy, and product content digitization/syndication.
• Define enterprise KPIs and measurement philosophies to elevate marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing operations, digital experience, UX, SEO, Martech, or enterprise marketing transformation.
• Experience leading global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Demonstrated leadership in AI-enabled marketing, digital platforms, UX, SEO, or operational transformation.
• MBA preferred.
