What you will do

• Lead research, strategy, and implementation of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for hirify.global Health.
• Increase brand discoverability in generative AI platforms by leveraging on-page and off-page optimization tactics.
• Design and test AEO-friendly content structures for webpages, blogs, and new content types.
• Manage technical AEO and SEO initiatives, including schema markup and structured data.
• Perform in-depth prompt, platform, and competitor analysis.
• Manage strategy, implementation, and reporting for traditional SEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy, with individual contributor and strategy leadership roles.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience driving revenue from data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• 1+ years of AI proficiency with a deep understanding of LLMs and prompting.
• 3+ years of experience turning marketing analytics into actionable recommendations.
• 3+ years of competency with keyword research and strategic content planning.
• 3+ years of expertise in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• 3+ years of experience with website development technologies and CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress.
