What you will do
- Lead and grow a multi-regional creative team, building a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Set the creative vision and direct all work across client-facing sales materials, campaigns, TV, digital, video, print, social, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute global-to-local creative strategy, adapting for cultural nuance, regional business priorities, and local audience behavior.
- Drive brand integration through M&A activity, uniting acquired firms under one brand.
- Build and manage the agency ecosystem, including running RFPs and selecting partners.
- Champion the use of AI and new technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years leading creative teams at scale within complex or global organizations, including at least 5 years in a head of function or equivalent role.
- Senior leadership experience translating CMO business strategy into creative strategy and execution.
- Led creative function through major organizational transformation (e.g., M&A integration, global rebrand).
- Strong portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns and best-in-class sales materials.
- Curiosity and confidence with AI, design technology, and digital-first creativity.
