Salary: $224,000 - $280,000 USD (annual base + variable)

What you will do
- Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend.
- Develop tailored territory and account plans that maximize your revenue production.
- Research customer business objectives and align hirify.global’s value proposition to become a strategic partner.
- Own and successfully lead through complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.
- Partner and collaborate with functional teams like business development, customer success, and sales engineers.
- Travel to meet customers whenever possible to advance mutual partnerships and sales cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to enterprise clients.
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets ($1M+) and successfully closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
- Experience selling into cybersecurity organizations and executive leaders (CISO's, C-Suite).
- Proficiency in hunter skills, business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
