IT Support Engineer Intern

IT Support Engineer Intern: Supporting day-to-day IT operations and projects within a fast-paced fintech and crypto environment with an accent on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Focus on maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, setting up new employee workstations, and improving operational efficiency.

Location: Mandatory in-office presence four days per week in our Dallas office, USA. Remote work allowed for up to 20 days per year globally.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day IT support team activities and projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up new employees' workstations.
• Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
• Administer and support cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1Password, Notion, and Slack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare documentation for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills (English B2+ required).
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses.
