What you will do
- Lead go-to-market execution for Commerce and Client Engagement initiatives.
- Translate complex products into benefit-driven value propositions.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to understand the commerce and marketing tools landscape.
- Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to identify funnel friction and design adoption strategies.
- Act as the strategic owner for product launches, supporting cross-functional alignment.
- Develop foundational messaging frameworks for hirify.global's competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in Commerce, Fintech, or Marketing SaaS.
- Proven ability to distill complex product ecosystems into clear narratives.
- Experience leading zero to one product launches from definition through adoption.
- Strong understanding of the merchant journey and associated technical/operational challenges.
- Highly data-driven with the ability to use insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
