What you will do

• Develop and implement growth and product marketing strategies for hirify.global's Data business.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to bring new products to market and drive growth.
• Develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the buyer’s journey.
• Lead the development of clear value propositions for priority customer personas.
• Lead and report on key projects and initiatives within the Marketing organization.
• Lead and develop a small team of product, growth, and co-marketers.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of B2B/SaaS product marketing experience.
• Proven success in launching new products and promoting existing ones.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for developing marketing content.
• Experience with persona-based marketing and audience-centric content generation.
• Successful track record of working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in New York City at least 3 days a week.
