What you will do
- Own and close new business prospects, prospecting across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategic account plans and accurately forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations.
- Leverage campaign performance data and industry trends to optimize client strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on hirify.global’s offerings to contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, programmatic, or retail media sales.
- Strong network and established relationships in the Consumer Electronics, Health and Beauty and CPG verticals in Canada.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian advertising and retail media landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized self-starter with strong CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management skills.
