TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (Edtech): Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling the hirify.global product suite with an accent on prospecting and moving them through the sales process. Focus on selling high-value, complex software solutions at the Enterprise level to the hirify.global’s Corporate market.
Location: Must be located in Illinois to be considered for this position (Chicago preferred)
Salary: $90,000—$105,000 USD

What you will do
- Exceed revenue targets by managing a full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Consistently add new prospects and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline.
- Navigate a 6–12 month mid-market, SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop positive relationships and work closely with various departments and Channel Partners.
- Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations and participate in contract negotiations.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and selling skills through self-learning and training opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (eLearning preferred)
- Strong knowledge of corporate e-learning and the association industry (preferred)
- Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts and a track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas
- Deep understanding of mid-market and enterprise sales cycles and experience selling to C-level decision-makers
- Willing to travel up to 40% of the time and able to travel freely between the US and Canada or other countries and hold a valid passport
