What you will do
- Exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within your assigned territory.
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy 12-month sales pipeline.
- Drive complex mid-market SaaS sales with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and channel partners.
- Actively participate in the RFP process, preparing proposals and contract negotiations.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills through professional development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience, preferably in eLearning.
- Proven success in prospecting, pipeline building, and managing a pipeline of 50+ accounts.
- Experience selling complex software solutions to Associations and Training Organizations.
- Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles and experience selling to C-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and ability to travel freely between the US and Canada.
