TL;DR

Manager, Business Development Representative (SaaS): Leading and developing a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives to maximize top-of-funnel growth, while also designing and refining the frameworks that drive that success. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to shape top-of-funnel programs that drive measurable impact.

Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

  • Own the holistic outbound strategy—from defining target segments and messaging approaches to setting the long-term vision for how hirify.global drives outbound success.
  • Lead and scale an outbound BDR team to consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Design and improve outbound practices, cadences, and workflows to increase conversion rates and overall pipeline quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to shape top-of-funnel programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team coaching sessions to drive accountability, skill development, and career growth.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of sales or business development experience in the SaaS industry.
  • 3–5+ years of outbound BDR/SDR leadership experience with proven success managing prospecting teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategy, cold outreach, and lead qualification best practices.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong).

Nice to have

  • Experience building or overhauling outbound BDR programs from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with demand generation and how outbound efforts complement inbound campaigns.
  • Comfort using AI or automation tools to enhance prospecting and productivity.
