What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients.
- Drive and increase adoption and utilization of hirify.global products/services, demonstrating features to achieve specific business results.
- Identify opportunities and close additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure best practices are adopted for product use and directly manage client renewal and retention.
- Handle escalations and coordinate across internal functional areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success Manager experience.
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
- Strong desire for action and willingness to be hands-on.
- Ability to develop deep customer relationships and manage assigned accounts for satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Experience deploying technology or support services with large enterprise or global customers.
