What you will do
- Ensure the happiness and success of a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with Managers, Directors, and C-level Executives within Learning and Development & Operations departments.
- Map organizational challenges and co-develop solution content and proposals with Account Managers & Account Directors.
- Develop powerful evaluation decks that demonstrate real-world impact against customer goals.
- Translate complex technology principles and integration set-ups to key customer stakeholders.
- Translate customer business challenges to internal hirify.global technical & product teams.
- Create and deliver launch communication plans for successful solution launches.
- Drive knowledge about hirify.global through participation in industry forums and events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with customer-oriented work in proven customer success roles.
- Previous experience working in technology businesses, interacting with technology stacks and software solutions is critical.
- Previous experience owning renewals on a significant but focused portfolio of business.
- Proven track record of supporting solution launches and engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
- Ability to work from the Boston office three times a week.
