TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Developing and growing relationships with premier accounts within gamified simulation training to ensure long-term success, retention, and growth. Focus on understanding customer challenges, translating complex technology, and demonstrating real-world impact of solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA, USA), requiring in-person attendance three times a week at the office near North Station/TD Garden.

What you will do

  • Ensure the happiness and success of a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with Managers, Directors, and C-level Executives within Learning and Development & Operations departments.
  • Map organizational challenges and co-develop solution content and proposals with Account Managers & Account Directors.
  • Develop powerful evaluation decks that demonstrate real-world impact against customer goals.
  • Translate complex technology principles and integration set-ups to key customer stakeholders.
  • Translate customer business challenges to internal hirify.global technical & product teams.
  • Create and deliver launch communication plans for successful solution launches.
  • Drive knowledge about hirify.global through participation in industry forums and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with customer-oriented work in proven customer success roles.
  • Previous experience working in technology businesses, interacting with technology stacks and software solutions is critical.
  • Previous experience owning renewals on a significant but focused portfolio of business.
  • Proven track record of supporting solution launches and engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from the Boston office three times a week.
