hirify.global is building a giant, virtual charging platform for electric vehicles, aiming to simplify public EV charging globally and expand internationally.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for large fleet clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver a world-class client experience, driving long-term retention and identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Manage client onboarding and guide through the Know Your Business (KYB) vetting process efficiently.
  • Ensure all client documentation meets rigorous regulatory standards.
  • Partner closely with Product and Tech teams to advocate for user requests and translate pain points into feature requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar client-facing position.
  • A genuine passion for delivering client experiences and driving sustainability.
  • Comfortable speaking with businesses and possessing fantastic written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A calm, experienced operational mindset with a knack for detail and problem-solving.
  • Work format: Hybrid in London, UK.
