What you will do
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for large fleet clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver a world-class client experience, driving long-term retention and identifying account expansion opportunities.
- Manage client onboarding and guide through the Know Your Business (KYB) vetting process efficiently.
- Ensure all client documentation meets rigorous regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with Product and Tech teams to advocate for user requests and translate pain points into feature requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar client-facing position.
- A genuine passion for delivering client experiences and driving sustainability.
- Comfortable speaking with businesses and possessing fantastic written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A calm, experienced operational mindset with a knack for detail and problem-solving.
