What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform and a trusted advisor to customers.
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding, training, and customized use case design.
- Proactively ensure customers maximize ROI by consistently driving sustained platform adoption.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles, collaborating with peers for prompt resolution.
- Advocate for customer feedback to influence product roadmap and development.
- Monitor customer well-being, track health indicators, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a plus.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Familiarity with APIs and web services.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills for executive and technical interactions.
