What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across EMEA.
- Ensure customers successfully adopt hirify.global’s product and achieve measurable value.
- Drive high standards of customer experience, adoption, and engagement.
- Implement and iterate on scalable processes and best practices for team growth and service quality.
- Build strong executive relationships within customer organizations and act as an escalation point for complex challenges.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer-impacting work.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working directly with customers and large, complex organizations in a technical environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to confidently discuss product functionality.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand organizational dynamics, prioritize effectively, and align stakeholders.
- Ability to work EMEA hours.
