Senior Demand Generation Manager (Legal AI): Developing and executing scalable programs to drive pipeline generation and shape an AI-powered LegalTech brand with an accent on enterprise segment penetration, integrated campaigns, and account-based marketing. Focus on funnel analysis, sales partnership, and optimizing channels for long enterprise sales cycles.
Location: Hybrid work in Toronto, Canada or the US East coast is required, with an expectation for local ns in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategy for the enterprise segment.
- Build and execute integrated campaigns to drive top-of-funnel awareness and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from enterprise accounts.
- Launch and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and intent-based programs.
- Optimize paid, content, and partner marketing channels for long enterprise sales cycles.
- Analyze the enterprise marketing funnel, identify improvements, and measure marketing impact.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to monitor metrics and achieve goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, demand generation-focused marketing.
- Proven success in executing enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Experience managing campaigns for long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and deep experience measuring data-driven marketing programs.
- Strong communication, project management, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in LegalTech.
- Strong understanding of legal or compliance buyer personas (AmLaw150, large law firms).
- Background in marketing AI-enabled platforms or tools.
- Hands-on experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker.
