What you will do
- Develop and execute a global compensation strategy aligned with business priorities and talent strategy.
- Lead global People Operations including HRIS, benefits, and data analytics, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
- Own HR digital transformation roadmap including Workday implementation and drive AI-enabled practices in analytics, predictive modeling, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FASB, IFRS, ERISA, and global labor laws.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Total Rewards leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
- Deep expertise in broad-based and executive compensation.
- Experience with global benefits and retirement programs.
- Experience advising C-suite and Board Compensation Committees.
- Proven success managing complex, multinational programs.
- Experience leading Workday implementation and advanced analytics.
