Internal Mobility Program Manager (HR Operations): Building and maintaining an internal mobility program to help employees grow their careers and meet organizational needs with an accent on creating seamless experiences for internal transfers. Focus on managing day-to-day operations, identifying trends in mobility patterns, and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA). Expectation to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $220,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal mobility program strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for internal transfers, including mobility logistics and data processing.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers interested in internal talent.
  • Identify trends in mobility patterns and proactively address process and policy gaps.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Establish and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of internal mobility initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in internal mobility or a related field with exposure to global mobility or workforce planning.
  • Experience building or significantly improving programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys developing creative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global mobility considerations including tax, immigration, and international transfers.
  • Experience at a technology company, startup, or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis to track program effectiveness.
