Salary: $166,100 - $311,400

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of People Operations Analysts and Specialists.
• Act as Product Owner for all People-related Workday modules.
• Evaluate opportunities for infrastructure improvements, including buy vs. build decisions.
• Ensure all systems uphold data privacy regulations and global compliance requirements.
• Partner closely on scalable People data architecture and analytics design.
• Design and document end-to-end People Ops processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a Workday environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building foundational People Ops processes and systems from the ground up.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and design durable solutions.
• High data literacy and comfort partnering on scalable data architecture.
• Experience in a high-growth, pre-IPO technology company.
• Experience operating in a multinational, global environment.
