What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Consistently exceed ambitious KPIs and revenue targets, providing comprehensive reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, managing complex sales cycles.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Present and demonstrate hirify.global's software solutions, representing the company at industry events.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and mentor junior sales team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep understanding of digital accountancy technology, SaaS business models, and AI developments.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong analytical capabilities.
