TL;DR

Salary: $58,000–$63,000 USD (base salary) with monthly commission opportunities.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close with nonprofit clients across North America.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and deliver product demonstrations tailored to client fundraising goals.
  • Generate new qualified opportunities via referrals, professional networking, and self-directed prospecting.
  • Track and manage sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce for accurate forecasting and visibility.
  • Develop and present customized proposals and pricing structures aligned with customer goals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through high-impact sales execution.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery through close.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
  • Ability to document and forecast pipeline accurately using a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with fundraising practices in nonprofit organizations.
  • Proficiency using productivity tools and sales technologies to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.

Nice to have

  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or nonprofit technology.
  • Exposure to nonprofit fundraising practices or direct work with mission-driven organizations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for prospecting, qualification, or customer engagement.
