What you will do
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers.
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and document relevant information for the sales team.
- Participate in sales campaigns and collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Highly motivated individual with previous experience in an outbound technical sales role.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling.
- Eager for coaching and passionate about developing sales skills.
- Possess engaging communication and strong storytelling abilities.
- Capable of understanding customer pain points and correlating business value with technical services.
- Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours to accommodate international time zones.
