What you will do

• Gather functional requirements from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Draw process flows and provide clear descriptions for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders effectively and present data insights, building and delivering engaging presentations tailored to business and technical audiences.
• Understand integration mechanisms and data transformation processes.
• Support or conduct testing activities, showing awareness of testing standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (P&C, life, health, or reinsurance).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy management, claims, and underwriting processes.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Ability to read and understand API documentation (Postman) and work with developers on integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Understanding of underwriting processes and their impact on policy and risk management.
• Experience with Salesforce, Guidewire, or other insurance CRM solutions.
• German or French language skills.
