- Own North America marketing strategy across demand gen, field, ABM, content, and events.
- Drive pipeline creation and revenue influence in partnership with Sales leadership.
- Execute integrated campaigns aligned to regional GTM priorities.
- Localize global messaging and launches for the NA market.
- Manage budget, forecasting, and performance reporting across channels.
- Lead and develop a small regional team and agency partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in HR tech or B2B SaaS.
- Strong demand generation background with clear pipeline ownership.
- Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales teams.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, global SaaS environment.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on when needed.
