What you will do

  • Own marketing efforts for BFSI in the Americas, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline progression.
  • Proactively develop, execute, track, and optimize integrated marketing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to understand needs, align objectives, and drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for top target accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing plan for the BFSI business in the Americas, ensuring region tracking towards revenue targets.
  • Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events, including tradeshows and industry events.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Americas field organization, ensuring sales, partners, and BDRs have necessary messaging and assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies.
  • Experience marketing to banking, financial services, or insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management and leadership.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment from ideation to execution.
  • Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI, data platform, cloud, or emerging technology solutions.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and motivation to help customers adopt AI effectively.
