What you will do
- Prospect and qualify potential customers in the assigned DACH territory.
- Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to identify, qualify, and schedule presentations.
- Review leads, add new leads, and gather field sales intelligence weekly.
- Stay informed on new products and services through training and self-study.
- Manage a high-volume business with self-discipline and strong time management.
Requirements
- Native German speaker required.
- 3+ years of SDR experience in an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment, ideally from a Networking or Security product company.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Discovering, or other common SDR productivity tools.
- Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to travel to Trade Shows when needed (~1-2x /year).
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education.
