What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering function.
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support partners integrating APIs by providing technical guidance, architectural input, and project coordination.
• Use technical troubleshooting and debugging skills to surface partner pain points and inform product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner engineering teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly with external API implementations.
• Proficiency in full-stack or backend development and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and tools such as Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, or similar.
