What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies for sustainable solutions.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from technical, business, and legal stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into clear technical requirements for the IT team.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development process.
• Own and continuously improve requirements documentation, including use cases.
• Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements, verifying solutions, and providing feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and task management.
• Working knowledge of API development, data mapping, and process modelling.
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and skills in user interface prototyping and design.
• Ability to read and create architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR, and NFR.
