Location: Hybrid work environment based in Wroclaw, Poland, with at least 3 days a week in-office.

Salary: Annual gross base pay: zł146,000 - zł285,000.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define product features and functional requirements.
• Interpret BCBS Basel III capital adequacy regulations (e.g., EU CRD 6, UK PRA Basel 3.1, MAS 637 (SG)) and related reporting requirements (e.g., COREP).
• Translate these regulations and associated business processes into detailed requirements for software development.
• Provide user training and proactively resolve production issues.
• Support project planning, risk management, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead presentations and mentor the team on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or a related field.
• +5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Professional certification (e.g., Business Analyst or Project Management).
• Experience with regulatory reporting solutions/products.
• Experience in U.S. and Singapore markets.
