What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Define and model current and future-state business processes, identifying automation and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with data architects to design conceptual data models and ensure alignment across systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, working closely with UX teams to validate business logic and user experience.
• Define acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing, and coordinate validation with business stakeholders.
• Support business transition activities, including user training, preparation of materials, and hands-on assistance during go-live.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams, participating in grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and refining user stories using JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Business Analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation environments.
• Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and business training activities.
• Deep domain expertise in areas such as lending, payments, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of conceptual data models and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation and sprint management.
• Proficiency with wireframing and mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Technical background is a plus (basic SQL, Appian, Pega).
