What you will do

• Lead the analytics stream within a complex digital program for an international Arabic-market client.
• Define digital analytics strategy and success metrics aligned with business and product goals.
• Design and oversee data collection, validation, and interpretation processes.
• Partner closely with UX Research, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize user experiences.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data narratives to support decision-making.
• Promote data-informed culture across product and design teams.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in product analytics, UX analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis.
• Mandatory experience working on international projects, ideally in cross-cultural or client-facing environments.
• Experience owning or leading the analytics workstream in complex digital or product initiatives.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, or analytics platforms.
• Fluent English (C1+), and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience in MENA-region digital products or services.
• Experience working with Middle Eastern / Arabic-market clients is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Clarity, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, Python/R.
• Knowledge of GTM will be a strong advantage.
• Experience designing and running experimentation programs.
• Interest or experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance analytics workflows.
